GFM IoT Pilot Project Highlights
GFM aimed to position GFM as a leader in delivering FM service with the infusion of IoT capabilities. This aligns with GFM Strategic Thrust on improving existing service reliability, attain operation excellence and high performance through technological advancement. Three things that we aim to achieve through this initiative:
1. Cost optimization through the implementation of predictive maintenance in comparison to preventive maintenance
2. Fostering innovation by challenging conventional practices and adopting new technologies
3. Thought leader of IoT implementation in the facilities management space
